Soursop Smoothie

Ingredients

1 ripe soursop peeled
1 can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon vanilla
4 cups of water


Method

1. Place soursop in a large bowl, add water (make sure your hands are clean before you go onto the next step).

2. Using your hands, squeeze the fruit in the water and remove all the seeds. This is a messy process so keep a paper towel nearby.

3. Pour the mixture into the blender with crushed ice, while slowly adding nutmeg, vanilla and milk. Your result should be a nice thick creamy blend. Add water if its too thick.

4. Keep refrigerated if you have leftovers.

Garnish with tropical fruit!
