1 pound of cassava
1/2 cup of blended pumpkin
1/2 cup of grated coconut
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp of butter
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of sugar

Peel the cassava, cut them down the center and remove the string. Grate the cassava on the small part of the grater. You can use butternut squash instead of pumpkin. (If you have a food processor, put in the cassava, pumpkin and coconut and finely grind these ingredients.)

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together. Water must be added in order for cassava to be fully cooked. Through out the mixture in a baking dish. Put the oven to hot at 375 degrees and allow the cassava pone to bake for about an hour, until golden brown.
