Tomato Choka

5 mini tomatoes
1 medium onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Place tomato on fork and place over stove fire and roast until skin slides off and tomato is semi cooked. Repeat with the rest.

When all tomatoes are roasted and cool, peel off skin and cut up in to cubes.

Heat oil in saucepan and place chopped garlic and onions and let the vegetables saute for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes to the sauce pan, mix in with the vegetables and to simmer until tomatoes are fully cooked.

Serve with bread, or crackers.
