Pumpkin Fritters

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of grated pumpkin
2 tablespoon of brown sugar
3 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon ground ginger or any spice that you prefer

Method
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix everything together.

Put a frying pan on the stove to hot. Add some coconut or olive oil. Use a tablespoon and put some of the mixture in the frying pan. Do this until all the mixture is finished.

Allow each fritter to brown on the bottom and then turn them over. When they are all cooked and golden brown on both side, move them from the frying pay and put on a plate layered with a piece of paper towel. The paper towel is used to absorb the excess oil.
