Peach with Almond and Cream
I finally found another easy dessert recipe and it is low on calories.
Ingredients
Silvered Almonds
1 teaspoon of almond essence
1 can of peaches in juice not in syrup
2 tubs of fat free vanilla pudding
low fat whipped cream
Method
Put the almonds in the tray of a toaster oven and put the almonds to toast. In a mixing bowl, add the pudding, essence and some of the peach juice.
Mix these ingredients together and refridgerate for about 20 minutes.
Remove the now roasted almonds from the toaster oven.
When this dessert is being served, put a few slices of the peach in a serving bowl (for one person). Remove the pudding mixture from the fridge and put
about two table spoon over the peach and garnish with the toasted almonds.
This is really a nice simple dessert. You don't have to worry about feeling guily after eating it. I like combination cream and the almonds. Delicious!
