Mug Cake

Method
In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix well together. Add in the wet ingredients and mix together. Add the chocolate chips and mix together. Pour out the contents of the mixing bowl into a coffe mug. Put the mug in the microwave and set for 3 minutes. During the time the cake is cooking in the microwave, it will rise a bit.

When the microwave is done, remove the mug. Let the cake cool. When the cake has cooled, can use a knife to pass around the inside of the cup to completely separate the cake from the cup.

Turn over the cup and empty the contents. The cake can be sliced in two and served with your favorite ice cream or whipped cream.
