Indian Potato Fry
Ingredients Potato medium chopped-3 Onion big chopped-1 Garlic clove crushed-3 Turmeric powder-1/2tsp Red chilly powder-2tsp Salt to taste Mustard seeds-1tsp Urad dal-1tsp Curry leaves-few
Method Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and urad dal. When mustards crackle add the onions, garlic and curry leaves fry for 2 mins and add the chopped potatoes. Fry for few more mins, now add the chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Add enough water, cover with the lid and cook until the potatoes are done. Serve hot.
