This is a super easy dessert that we love. Great for entertaining.

Ingredients:
Mixed Berries - whatever you can get. A plummet of strawberries if great, or mixed frozen berries works well. Allow about a handful per guest. If you are using frozen berries, then you will need to defrost them before making up the Eton mess.
Meringues - Make your own or buy them. You are going to break them into small pieces so see if your store will give you a discount for buying the broken ones!
Cream - double or single cream. A nice big pot!

Make sure the berries are in bite-sized pieces - chop any large strawberries. Add broken pieces of meringues and stir in the cream. This looks wonderful in a large glass bowl, and tastes fantastic!
