Chocolate Molten Lava Cake

Ingredients
10 1/2 oz dark cooking chocolate
10 1/2 oz unsalted butter
10 1/2 oz caster sugar
6 eggs
6 egg yolks
2 1/4 oz flour

Preparation
Grease 6 oven proof pots or ramekins and dust with flour.

Melt the chocolate pieces over a water bath and add and combine the sugar and butter.

Whisk in the eggs one at a time and the yolks all at once until completely combined.

Stir in the flour.
Pour into the pots three quarters of the way up.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
