Ingredients
2 cucumbers 2 medium size tomatoes white sharp cheddar cheese 3 garlic cloves salt black pepper Method Put vegetables in a mixing bowl, add the garlic, cheese, salt and black pepper. Mix everything together. Serve. Tip: Add the salt when this salad is being serviced. I notice that when the salt is added while it is being made, by the time it is ready to be serviced, there is a lot of water in the bowl. Apparently the salt causes the tomatoes to secrete its juices.
