About Me

I have been in the Accounting field since 2000 and I love my job. I recently started working for a retail stationery store as the Accounts Manager. In my spare time I work on my this website and I am having a lot of fun. I take pictures of my meals in different phases and then upload them.

As a young adult, photography was always my passion. I was always taking pictures what ever chance I got. I love to take motion pictures. I will never forget this picture that I took of a friend of mine as he was exiting from a vehicle. I got him just in motion, he did not know that I took the picture.

In my native country, Trinidad and Tobago, it is quite costly to purchase and develop the film so being a mother of two young children, I had to put my passion aside.

As I am developing my website and taking my pictures, I realized that I want to develop another website about my photography. My son had gifted me with a digital camera and I was taking pictures every chance I get and of every thing. Once I uploaded my pictures to a website where your pictures can be sold but I discontinued that after on two occasions my pictures were deleted because my payment arrived late.

My husband and I are presently in the process of purchasing a piece of land in the BVI where we presently live so we are saving every penny. So it is not a good time for me to purchase hosting, domain name etc.

I cannot remember how it happened but I realized that I could blog about my passion. I did not procrastinate and put my plans in to full gear and created my blog. I have blogged before but did not have much passion as I now have.

With each post of my pictures I add some content/story and it is quite fun. English Language was never one of my favorite subjects in school but I am really liking this and think I am doing a great job. Take a peek!

Guess what? I also got the inspiration to create yet another blog about black woman with natural long hair. Again I am taking pictures for the project and now I have the opportunity to meet lots of people. The plan is to approach strangers who fit my requirements and take their picture. Again I post comments with each uploaded picture.

My dream now is to be able to leave my job and do this full time but it would have to already been providing me with an income of what my present job is paying me plus more. This time would allow me to do some traveling to take pictures and get more into taking videos (I do not know much about this technology yet).

This dream would take more planning because in the BVI, presently I could only reside here if I have a work permit.
